The forming step performs a forming step in which a plurality of divided elements 6 having the barrel part 2 divided in a peripheral direction are developed in an arranged state in one row, and connected portions 5 for connecting the adjoining divided elements 6 are formed with bending lines 17 including at least any one of the concave part or the convex part 13 and extending axially from the upper end to the lower end.
