PURPOSE: To peel off the protection sheet of an isolated substrate by providing a supply device for supplying an adhesive tape on the protection sheet surface of an isolated substrate, a pressing device for pressing the adhesive tape to the protection sheet and a winding up device for winding up the adhesive tape.
CONSTITUTION: An adhesive tape 11 from a supply reel 10 is wound up to a winding up reel 26 to which a load is applied in an arrow mark direction by a drive motor through a tape pressing roller 15, a pitch feeding drive roller 17 and tension rollers 20, 21, 22, 23, 24. The tape pressing roller 15 presses the adhesive tape 11 to the protection sheet of the isolated substrate 7 by the drive of a roller pressing cylinder 35 and is moved by a roller laterally moving cylinder 37 and the tape 11 is stuck to a protection sheet and peeling off is finished when the pressing roller 15 is moved upto a right end. In other words, the protection sheet is peeled off by such a way that the adhesive tape 11 is pressed to the protection sheet on the isolated substrate 7 by the pressing roller 15 and wound up by the winding up reel 26.
