Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protective device for a power grid, for faster locating calculation speed of an accident point k.
SOLUTION: There are provided an advance calculation means 11 and a regular calculation means 13. The advance calculation means 11 calculates a fixed matrix and an intermediate matrix for calculating an accident point current based on the facility data of grids, which is stored in an advance data storage means 12. The regular calculation means 13 quickly specifies the accident point k in a section based on the basic expression derived from the first and second laws of Kirchhoff, using the fixed matrix and the intermediate matrix stored by the advance calculation means 11 based on the operation data of grids collected by data sampling.
