Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a welding member effectively weldable to an objective face by installing a bit at the bottom part of the welding objective freely length adjustable in a shaft direction, and having the plural numbers of welding members supported by a hunger plate in an insulated state each other.
SOLUTION: In the case of reforming a stipepedly depressed portion of a vehicle body, wherein some stripes are deep, the tip end parts 41 of bits of each welding member 3 are abutted to the objective faces. Lengths of the bits 40 of each welding member 3 are confirmed by putting a plain plate preliminarily to the bits tip ends 41, and all the length of each welding members are arranged wen they are irregular, to becomes equal by helically put in/out the bits into the welding objective. The bit tip end part 41 is abutted to the objective face, and the electrode bar of the spot welder is placed to the pressing part at a top face of the welding members 3 for pressing, then, the bit tip end part 41 and the objective face are spot welded. As to the other welding members 3, they are all welded similarly in succession to the objective face and a pull plate hunger is fixed above the body. A hook is hung on a latch part of the welding member 3, top face of which is low, and its hollowed part is individually pulled, and then they are pulled aut all together by a puller device for reformation by tapping with a mallet and the like.
