To continuously recover high-purity pulp from a used disposal diaper using pulp, water-absorbing polymers, and vinyl as material, and to reuse it for a disposal diaper or a paper product.
This pulp recovery facility includes: a reaction tank for mixing a cut or crushed used disposal diaper with calcium chloride and water; a dissolution separator stirring a mixed liquid mixture in a rotary drum to separate it into vinyl and a raw liquid other than the vinyl; a drying machine recovering the separated vinyl by suction force by a negative pressure and drying it; a polymer removal device centrifugally separating the separated raw liquid into a pulp solution wherein water and the pulp are mixed and into a polymer mixed liquid wherein water and the water-absorbing polymers are mixed by a liquid cyclone; a foreign matter removal device removing foreign matter from the centrifugally separated pulp solution; a pulp washing tank for washing the pulp solution from which the foreign matter is removed; and a shaping drying machine dewatering the washed pulp solution, and shaping and drying it in a sheet state.
