To correctly identify or distinguish the pulse when various pulses are received or when a plurality of pulses are overlapped.

A pulse sensing device is composed of a pulse amplitude measure 2 to measure the dimension of a pulse, pulse width measurer 3, repetitive frequency measurer 4, start timing generator 5, and a pulse overlap sensor 1 to sense overlapping of pulses. The pulse overlap sensor 1 monitors the amplitude level of an input signal 7, and senses the first pulse, starting with the non-pulse condition. Then it monitors the amplitude level of the first pulse, and senses overlapping of second pulses if a rise or fall exists there.
