Abstract:
To provide a pump for molten metal in which pumping-out capacity can be improved.
The pump 31 for molten magnesium is provided with a liquid pumping-up tube 32. The liquid pumping-up tube 32 is provided with a sucking hole 34 for sucking the molten magnesium and a spouting hole 33 for spouting the molten magnesium sucked through the sucking hole 34 to the outer part with rotating force of a motor 36. In the liquid pumping-up tube 32, a shaft 35 rotated with the motor 36 is held along the axial direction of the liquid pumping-up tube 32. On the shaft 35, a spiral blade 92 and a fan 101 are arranged.
