Abstract:
To provide a piping system without excessive pressure load applied to a pump part by projection of expansion joints in case of high pressure acting upon a suction port of a pump.
In piping equipment for connecting a pump 1, suction side piping 4 and discharge side piping 5 through expandable piping joints, piping connected to a suction port 2 and a discharge port 3 of the pump 1 is once made branch off, and the expandable piping joints 6, 6 are arranged at the lateral branch piping, and the branch pipings are collected again and then connected to the suction port 2 and the discharge port 3 of the pump 1. A plurality of pumps can also be arranged in parallel between the suction side collected piping and discharge side collected piping.
