To resolve abrasion caused by both scroll contact so as to increase pumping pressure of a scroll pump by providing with a pressure raising chamber for raising pressure of a non-compressive hydraulic fluid, and a feed outlet for pumping the non-compressive hydraulic fluid to an outside of the scroll pump.

When a turning scroll 30 is rotated once, a line contact position is positioned on both ends of a fixed scroll 10 and the tuning scroll 30. The non-compressive hydraulic fluid which flows in is trapped within a pumping space p by a constant capacity. When the turning scroll 30 is turned continuously, the line contact position of an inner end is moved outward as soon as the line contact positions of both scroll ends are eliminated, and the non-compressive hydraulic fluid is transferred to an outside. The non-compressive hydraulic fluid to be transferred to the outside is not pumped immediately, and is pumped through a feed outlet 70 after pressure is raised while stopping at a pressure raising chamber 33. Pumping effect is promoted by centrifugal force of the non-compressive hydraulic fluid.
