To supply lubricating oil evenly not only to a vane sliding part but also to each part of an inside of a vacuum pump by improving a pump rotor and automatically supply lubricating oil gradually little by little by mutual action of centrifugal force of the pump rotor and inertia force of lubricating oil.
In a vacuum pump which consists of a shaft 12 receiving rotary force, a pump rotor 21 including a shaft hole 21b to have a terminal of the shaft 12 fitted therein, a plurality of vanes 22 assembled in a slide groove 21a of the pump rotor 21, and a pump housing 23 which can be sealed in such a manner that the vane 22 can rotate with keeping contact of a terminal thereof and an inner circumference surface, a recess groove part 31 not connected to a slide groove 21a for the vane but connected to the shaft hole 21b is formed on a side cross section of the pump rotor 21 to form an oil reservoir part 30.
