Abstract:
To inhibit breakage of the burring-subjected part.SOLUTION: An initial-burring part 51 comprises: a plurality of first inclined wall surfaces 54 circumferentially arranged, inclined with respect to an axis O, and becoming larger while being separated from the axis O as proceeding toward a finishing burring part 53; and first ridge lines 55 connecting circumferentially adjacent ones of the first inclined wall surfaces 54. An intermediate-burring part 52 comprises: a plurality of second inclined wall surfaces 58 respectively continuing to the plurality of first inclined wall surfaces 54, and circumferentially arranged, and becoming smaller while being separated from the axis line O as proceeding toward the finishing burring part 53; a plurality of first straight wall surfaces 59 arranged between circumferentially adjacent ones of the second inclined wall surfaces 58, and extending along the axis O, and becoming larger as proceeding toward the finishing burring part 53; and second ridge lines 60 connecting circumferentially adjacent ones of the second inclined wall surfaces 58 and the first straight wall surfaces 59, and continuing to the first ridge line 55. The finishing burring part 53 comprises: a plurality of second straight wall surfaces 56 respectively continuing to the plurality of first straight wall surfaces 59, and circumferentially arranged; and corner wall surfaces 57 connecting circumferentially adjacent ones of the second straight wall surfaces 56.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
