Abstract:
To facilitate assembling and disassembling of the device by improving the punch die device for a NC turret punch press.
Annular grooves 9, 10 are provided in the inner surface of the punch inserting hole of a punch guide 2 and the outer periphery of a retainer 3 receiving a spring 5, an O ring 11 is engaged with grooves 9, 10, and the retainer 3 is fixed to the punch guide 2. Also, the inserting hole 14 for a prying tool is provided in the butting part of flanges 12, 13 respectively provided in the retainer 3 and the punch guide 2, and the retainer 3 is pried up with a prying tool and removed. By this way, pulling-out stopping and removing of the punch 1 are simplified.
