To provide a punch die in which damage to a key is prevented by regulating relative minute radial movement of a lower punch guide with respect to an upper punch guide of the punch die.
In the punch die, an upper punch driver 5 which is provided on a cylindrical punch guide 3 freely vertically movably and a lower punch driver 13 which is provided with the blade part of a punch in one body or integrally in the lower end part are provided by screwing both drivers relatively vertically adjustably and a key 15 which is engaged with a keyway 3G provided on the punch guide 3 and which regulates the relative rotation of the lower punch driver 13 with respect to the punch guide 3 is provided on the lower punch driver 13. The punch die is provided with a close-contact fitting part 23 in which the upper punch driver 5 and the lower punch driver 13 are fit slidably, in order to regulate relative minute radial movement due to fine clearance in the screwed part of the upper punch driver 5 and the lower punch driver 13.
