CONSTITUTION: A lifter 35 descends and a cam driver 31 begins to descend then a cam slide 3 moves to the left. The slide 3 approaches to a work W and after a punch 17 and a die 7 move to the working position of the work W, the contact of a slope 27a and a slope 27b ends. An upper holder 29 presses a punch holder when the holder 29 and the driver 31 descends further while the side wall of the driver 31 maintains contact with the side wall of the slide 3. The work W is punched by the punch 17 and the die 7 on the lower side of the work W upon further descending of the holder 29. Scrap is discharged through a discharging hole 9 to the outside.
