This invention, which is a puncture and absorption device 10 used by mounting a syringe 11 for collecting a test body from a lesion, includes a rod-like main body 12 formed along the central axis of the syringe 10, a supporting section 14 mounted on the tip part of the main body 12 for supporting the tip side part of the cylinder 13 of the syringe 10, a flange supporting section 16 mounted around the center part of the main body 10 for supporting the flange part 15 formed at the base end part of the cylinder 13, and a direct attachment section 17 mounted on the base end part of the main body 12, and is adapted to enable a plunger 18 to be slid to the base end direction by putting the direct attachment section 17 on a palm while a finger is hung on the flange part 19 formed at the base end part of the plunger 18 of the syringe 11.
