Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a device purifying a used dry cleaning solvent, capable of performing purification by continuous and simple operation and free from the danger of explosion.

CONSTITUTION: The used dry cleaning solvent L in a solvent tank 1 is supplied to the primary side 7a of a module 7 equipped with a separation membrane 70 by a pump 5 and taken out of the secondary side 7b of the module and introduced into an adsorption device 17 having activated carbon received therein to be purified. When clogging is generated in the separation membrane 70, nitrogen gas is sent to the separation membrane 70 under pressure from a backwashing circuit 18 to remove the solid component bonded to the separation membrane 70.
