Abstract:

To provide a quality determination system for an electric facility which is capable of making an accurate quality determination.

A quality determination system 1 for an electric facility comprises feature amount detection means 2 which detects a feature amount from a current flowing to an electric facility M that becomes a diagnosis target, arithmetic storage means 4 which previously derives and stores therein an average and a standard deviation of feature amounts obtained by the feature amount detection means 2 while the electric facility is in a normal state, and stochastic computation means 5 which determines a stochastic value to be present inside an elliptic body determined on the basis of the feature amounts obtained by the feature detection means 2 and the average and the standard deviation stored in the arithmetic storage means 4 when diagnosing the electric facility. The system further comprises diagnosis means 6 in which currents flowing to a plurality of phases of the electric facility are measured synchronously, the stochastic value for each phase is derived by the stochastic computation means 5 from the currents flowing to the phases, and it is determined whether the electric facility is normal or abnormal on the basis of the stochastic value obtained by multiplying or adding the stochastic values obtained in the respective phases.
