Abstract:
To provide a method for simply measuring a dexmedetomidine in a specimen such as blood or the like with high sensitivity using a small amount of the specimen.
The specimen containing dexmedetomidine is subjected to a solid phase extraction method to separate dexmedetomidine as an eluted component and separated dexmedetomidine is detected and quantified by a liquid chromatography/tandem mass analyzer using 4-[1-(2-methylphenyl)ethyl]-1H-imidazole as an internal standard substance.
