Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a quantum element which carries out a key function by a quantum well.

CONSTITUTION: Quantum well 1 having a plurality of proper well sizes are connected in series through a potential barrier 2, and an electrode 3 for controlling an inside voltage of each quantum well is provided. Thereby, key function for turning on/off an element by a passward voltage which is proper for an element is provided.
