Abstract:

PURPOSE: To smoothly carry out the carriage of a rack by providing a rack lifting-up means for lifting up the rack along the sliding direction of the rack that is slidingly moved by first rotating members and first sliding rails.
CONSTITUTION: A rack mounted on a dolly is abutted on the opening of a storehouse, and the rack is pushed toward the storehouse, then bearings 6a, 6b roll on rack rails to move the rack. The guide plate 7a provided to the bottom of the rack is abutted on lifting-up bearings 12, and when the rack is continuously pushed, guide rails 7 ride on the lifting-up bearings 12 that are situated in a position slightly higher than the sliding surface. The rack is supported by the lifting-up bearings 12, and the rack is moved forward in such a state that the bearings 6a are floated, and is passed into the opening of the storehouse. When further moved, the rack is lifted up and is turned around the center of the bearings 12 so as to be forwardly tilted. Then, in the state the rear-end bearings 6b have been floated, the rack is moved along the rack rails toward the storehouse side.
