To obtain a radar system which accomplishes both clutter suppression performance and a target signal storage performance and can suppress a stationary clutter and a moving clutter, at the same time.
The radar system includes an FIR filter 2 for suppressing a stationary clutter of a reception signal, an MTI filter 3 for suppressing a stationary clutter of the reception signal, an FIR filter 14 for moving clutters for using a filter coefficient adjusted by a notch frequency correction part 13 to suppress a moving clutter of an output signal of the FIR filter 2, a first FFT processing part 5a for performing coherent integration of an output signal of the FIR filter 2 or the FIR filter 14 for moving clutters, a second FFT processing part 5b for performing coherent integration of an output signal of the MTI filter 3, and an FFT output selection part 6 for selecting either output signal between an output signal from the first FFT processing part 5a and an output signal from the second FFT processing part 5b on the basis of a detection result of a moving clutter peak detection part 12.
