This radiating plate 1 for an axial diode is provided with a radiating face 2 for dissipating the heat from an axial diode 10; legs 3a, 3b which are stretched from both ends of the radiating face 2 in the vertical direction of the main surface of the radiating face 2 and fixed to a printed wiring board 11; and a bend holding part 5 for holding an outer peripheral surface of the substrate side of the axial diode 10 by a bent surface 4 which is stretched in the same direction as the leg parts, has a width length nearly equal to the long axis length of the diode, and is bent along an outer peripheral surface of the axial diode 10. As a result, the axial diode 10 is fixed and held without using screws or the like, and the heat generated by the diode is effectively dissipated.
