A radiation-tomographic image generation apparatus has: a position information holding part 102 for holding at least position information about a radiation irradiation part 20 acquired when the plurality of radiographic images are acquired in association with the plurality of radiographic images; a region-of-interest designation part 106 for designating a three-dimensional region of interest 34 among the subject 24; an image specifying part 108 for specifying an image in a region corresponding to each region of interest 34 from the plurality of radiographic images on the basis of the designated region of interest 34 and the held position information; and a radiographic image replacement part 110 for storing images of the plurality of regions specified in accordance with the plurality of radiographic images into an image memory 30 in place of the plurality of radiographic images.
