To provide a radio communication system for enabling each user to have a conversation with the interesting other party of communication while viewing the expression of the other party of communication in a radio communication space.
This radio communication system 100 is provided with pieces of terminal equipment 10, 20, and 30 arranged in a radio communication space 50. In each of the pieces of terminal equipment 10, 20, and 30, an agent 4 calculates the similarity of interests between users. A resource management part 1 calculates affinity showing the closeness of the interests between those users according to the calculated similarity, and decides communication quality with the other party of communication according to the calculated affinity. Communication adjusting parts 51 and 61 transmit moving image data with the communication quality decided by the resource managing part 1 to the terminal equipment of the other party of communication. A chat part 7 transmits/receives character data to/from the terminal equipment of the other party of communication. Display parts 52 and 62 display the moving image data received from the communication adjusting parts 51 and 61 of the other party of communication and the contents of conversation.
