The radio notification device 1 includes a button 11 for packet transmission, the battery 12 for supplying power, a storage unit 13 for storing a threshold of the voltage of the battery for battery exhaustion detection, a radio unit 14 for transmitting packets, and a control unit 15 for transmitting packets via the radio unit 14 when the button 11 is pressed down and then comparing a voltage of the battery 12 with the threshold stored in the storage unit 13 for each packet to determining whether or not the battery has run out.
