Abstract:
PURPOSE: To form a multifunctional AM/FM radio receiver with an alarming function and a display displaying time and a receiving station. CONSTITUTION: The display 38 and a microprocessor 32 are connected to the receiver. The microprocessor 32 selectively controls a desired function by a signal from a control panel 33 or a remote controller 45 which can be operated from outside. The display 38 displays time, a receiving station or an alarm setting time, etc., and functions as an alarm by a buzzer, a radio, etc., by setting various mode. The microprocessor controls a sound volume at the time of starting reception by a volume control key 15 and increases output gradually from zero to a prescribed volume at the time of starting reception. The alarming function includes a snooze function.
