Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a radio wave absorption measuring instrument in which a large sample which is not formed in a doughnut shape can be measured.
CONSTITUTION: A horn type body 5 comprises an outer conductor 6 in which the square cylindrical part 6b is integrally connected to the open end of the horn part 6a of the square cross section and a thin platelike central conductor 7 disposed like a partition plate at the position bisected therein over both the part 6a and the part 6b of the conductor 6 and held in an electrically non- conduct with the conductor 6. A coaxial connector mechanism 8 for connecting the conductors 6 and 7 to the outer conductor and the central conductor of a coaxial cable 9 is provided at the throat of the body 5.
