To solve problems that, in a railed bed, when setting or detaching a bed table such as a conventional bed over table type and a type mounted on the upper part of a rail, a user is required to move and carry it to a table storage place and to secure its storage place, which are disadvantages and lack in the convenience from the side of receiving the care in particular, a height adjustment according to the body height of a user is positioned outside the rails in the conventional table and it is difficult for the user to adjust it easily.

This railed bed for the care and the child is provided with the table having functions such as folding storage and the height adjustment, to the rail part for eating/drinking and reading. This constitution allows the user to easily operate the table while staying in the bed and dispenses with the carrying and storing such as the conventional table so as to greatly improve the convenience of the bed table.
