Abstract:
PURPOSE: To insure sufficient waterproof property even against a short term load such as wind load or microvibration.
CONSTITUTION: In a rainwaterproof construction at the wall part of a roof in which a coping 17 is extendingly provided on the roof tiles 15 provided at the wall part of the roof along the wall part and the coping 17 is wrapped from the upper side with a rain preventing material 18 having a vertical plate part 31 nearly in parallel with an external wall panel 7 on the wall side end edge, the coping 17 is formed out of non-wooden series plate made of metal, hard resin, or the like, and provided with a rising plate 20 nearly in parallel with the external wall panel 7 on the wall side end edge. The vertical plate part 31 of the rain preventing material 18 is piledly fixed with the rising plate 20 of the coping 17 on the outside of the external wall panel 7. An elastic sealing 36 is mounted between the upper end part of the vertical plate part 31 of the rain preventing material 18 and the external wall panel 7.
