Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem found in the prior art infrared ray temperature sensor acting as a cooked item temperature detecting means for a conventional range hood fan in which infrared radiation incident from the cooked item is detected to perform a temperature detection that an accuracy in temperature detection is deteriorated when hot air generated from the cooked item or aerosol of oily smoke shuts off the infrared radiation radiated from the cooked item.SOLUTION: In order to solve the aforesaid problem, the range hood fan of this invention has an air flow generating means for generating air flow for guiding aerosol out of a range for detecting a temperature of an item to be heated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
