PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigeration cycle device including a silencer capable of achieving excellent attenuation effect to a sound with a wide frequency band.SOLUTION: A refrigeration cycle device 100 includes: a refrigeration cycle configured with a compressor 9, an indoor heat exchanger 6, an indoor expansion valve 5, an outdoor expansion valve 4, and an outdoor heat exchanger 3; and a silencer 14 provided downstream of the compressor 9 in flow direction of refrigerant discharged from the compressor 9, into which the refrigerant discharged from the compressor 9 flows, and configured so that the internal space capacity thereof is variable.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
