Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recover an amount of fat and oil collecting in a blower, making use of an oil pack for an oil receiving means for a hood body and a filter means, by connecting the lowest part of a fan casing of the blower with the oil receiver of the hood body by an oil induction pipe.
SOLUTION: A suction port 21 is opened in a section of a room 11 of a hood body 1, and a grease filter 31 covering the suction port 21 is installed capably of engagement and disengagement, fronting on a cooking utensil. For a grease filter 31, the section close to the bottom of the rear of the hood body 1 is made a lowest part 31 in the shape of a partial plate, and besides it is made in tubular form where the periphery focuses on the lowest part 31e. Then, the fan casing 22a of a blower 22 and the grease filter 31 are connected with each other by an oil induction pipe 5. The oil induction pipe 5 is set in and coupled with the top of the connection tube 6 suspended from the bottom (the lowest section) of the drum 22a' of the fan casing 22a, and the bottom is made to front on the grease filter 31, piercing the desired section of the roof 11 of the hood body 1.
