Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress deterioration of a sound-muffling effect even when an active sound-muffling duct is installed in a range hood including lamp black of high temperature and high humidity generating during cooking, and to facilitate maintenance.SOLUTION: In a range hood including an active sound-muffling duct, a maximum height position 14 located at an edge 13 of a lower opening of the active sound-muffling duct is made to be the maximum height position, a point which is a different edge from the maximum height position 14 is made to be a minimum height position 15, and height of the edge 13 of the lower opening becomes lower continuously from the maximum height position 14 to the minimum height position 15.
