To provide a rapid heat treatment device which can perform a predetermined heat treatment stably for a long period by enhancing reliability of the device while securely conveying a workpiece by avoiding a thermal influence of a fluidized bed as much as possible, and which also has superior maintainability and is easily put to practical use.
A rapid heat treatment device is characterized in that a solution heat treatment furnace having a fluidized bed and a heater, a cooling tank cooling a workpiece heated in the solution heat treatment furnace for solutioning it, and an aging heat treatment furnace having a fluidized bed and a heater and aging the workpiece are installed on a line, and in parallel with the line, a conveying means is installed, via a heat insulating means, for the solution heat treatment furnace and an aging heat treatment device, and the workpiece is moved by the conveying means to the solution heat treatment furnace, cooling tank, and aging heat treatment furnace in order, and thereby, the workpiece is thermally treated through a batch treatment. The conveying means has a vibration imparting means of imparting vibration to the workpiece during heating by the fluidized bed and/or rapid cooling.
