PURPOSE: To provide a rare earth bond magnet filled with a magnetic powder at high density, having a high magnetic characteristic, and easy to injection- mold.

CONSTITUTION: A rare earth magnetic powder surface is reformed with a reforming material corresponding to 1 to 30, preferably 1 to 20 molecule layer. The reforming material has beforehand been added to a magnetic powder by scattering in a straight-chain-like and/or annular alkane, and a medium is volatilized and removed while uniformly reformed. Together with the magnetic powder reformed so as to correspond to a molecule layer, a fatty acid amide and/or an alkyl.bis∼fatty acid amide are used as a lubricant included in a structure.
