Abstract:
PURPOSE: To carry out appropriate and uniform grinding of a hard tissue by arranging multiple rasp-cut file parts along with a rasp-cut file wherein respective rasp-cut file parts have a center and multiple slots to form multiple one side cutting parts separated from each other via slots. CONSTITUTION: Respective rasp-cut parts 20 have multiple slots 24 which pierce through a body part 12 extending from a center 22 of a rasp-cut file part 20 in a radius direction totally. The slots 24 form multiple one side cutting parts 26A, 26B. Respective cutting parts 26A, 26B have tip cutting points 28A and 28B separated about 0.2-2mm from respective main surface parts 14 and 16 of a laminar part 12. The rasp-cut file parts 20 are arranged in such a pattern that distances between the rasp-cut file parts 20 being increased in a direction apart from a center of rotation-rolling motion during use of the rasp-cut file 10, i.e., a center C-1 of a connecting device 18. Since an outer end 30 of the rasp-cut file part 10 is the fastest moving part among the rasp-cut file during use, it becomes easy to carry out uniform grinding of tissue if a distance of a cut surface in close vicinity to the outer end 30 becomes large.
