To obtain a new reactive dye represented by a specific formula, having high fixing ratio and high fiber-bonding stability and capable of providing dyed material having good general fastness characteristics, e.g. fastness characteristics to light and moisture.

This dye is represented by formula I {R1 to R4 are each H or a (substituted)1-4C alkyl; X1 and X2 are each a halogen; B1 is an aromatic or aliphatic crosslinking member, etc.; A1 is a monoazo, a polyazo, a metal complex azo, an athraquinone, etc.; A2 is formula II [D1 is a (substituted)phenyl or naphthyl; R5 and R6 are each H or a (substituted)1-4C alkyl; alk is a (substituted)2-6C alkylene; Z is vinyl, etc.]}. Furthermore, the dye is obtained by condensing a compound of formula III with a compound of formula IV (Hal is a halogen), e.g. at about 0-50°C and pH 4-9.
