PURPOSE: To obtain the reactive polyolefinic resin composition having good moldability and molding appearance and excellent in reactivity such as crosslinkability, coatability and printability.
CONSTITUTION: The reactive polyolefinic resin composition comprises components (A), (B) and (C). Therein, the content of the component (C) is 0-100 weight times that of the component (A), and the content of the component (B) is 0.01-10wt.%. Component (A) is a modified polyolefin resin containing a compound of formula: H2C=CR-COOR' (R is H or methyl; R' is a 2-8C terminal double bond-having alkenyl group) in an amount of 0.01-10wt.% as a graft component in a polyolefin resin produced by a polymerization method not containing a high pressure radical reaction. Component (B) is a compound having two or more carbon-carbon unsaturated bond group at the molecular ends, and component (C) is a polyolefin resin excluding the component A.
