PURPOSE: To obtain a resin composition excellent in chemical resistance and appearance, etc., useful for refrigerator inner boxes, etc., by blending a specific (meth)acrylic graft copolymer with a copolymer of a monomer mixture containing an aromatic vinyl monomer.

CONSTITUTION: This composition is obtained by blending (A) a (meth)acrylic graft copolymer produced by graft copolymerization (i) in the presence of a copolymer prepared by copolymerizing a mixture of an aromatic vinyl monomer and 0.05-10wt.% of a chloromethyl-contg. vinyl monomer of (ii) a monomer mixture containing a (meth)acrylic 2-11C alkyl ester monomer with (B) a copolymer prepared by copolymerizing (iii) a monomer mixture containing an aromatic vinyl monomer. It is preferable that the respective copolymerizations of the components (i) to (iii) (the respective monomer mixtures) be carried out in aqueous emulsion copolymerization process.
