To provide a real leather product having a feel, texture and wear resistance peculiar to real leather.SOLUTION: A real leather product has a real leather base material, and a finish layer laminated on the real leather base material. The finish layer has an outermost layer formed from a composition containing an acrylic resin and/or a urethane resin, a silicone rubber, and a crosslinker.
