Abstract:
To prevent heat accumulation inside a cover member covering an exhaust purification device.SOLUTION: A rear structure of a vehicle mounted with a rear engine comprises: a rear lid 16; an exhaust purification device 5; a radiator fan 4B; a cover member 6; a side lid 14; and an air guide plate 7. The rear lid 16 closes a rear end of an engine room 2 of a vehicle 1 mounted with the rear engine. The exhaust purification device 5 is arranged in either one of a right-side space or a left-side space of the engine room 2. The radiator fan 4B is arranged in the other of the right-side space or the left-side space of the engine room 2. The cover member 6 encloses the exhaust purification device 5 and has a concave section 6f on an upper wall face 6e thereof, a first opening 6d facing the radiator fan 4B, and a second opening 6i formed in the concave section 6f. The side lid 14 serves as either a right side face or a left side face of the vehicle 1 mounted with the rear engine and is arranged with a distance from the cover member 6. The air guide plate 7 is vertically arranged between the cover member 6 and the side lid 14 and guides air flowing along the concave section 6f downward.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
