Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rear wheel suspension device for automobile which can get the stability of rotation, by composing to induce the compliance of the installing part of the suspension device following the lateral force applied to the rear wheels in the rotating time, and understeering the steering property.
SOLUTION: The front side installing part 6 of a leaf plate 4 consists of a mounting block 8 to pivot the front side end of the leaf plate 4; a compliant bush 10 whose one end is connected to the mounting block 8; and a bracket 11 connected with the other surface of the compliant bush 10, and fixed on a side frame. The rear end of the mounting block 8 is pivoted to the side frame 5 through a control link 15 which is set obliquely in the inner direction while being oblique a little downward to the side frame 5.
