PURPOSE: To make a neutral energizing means small and prevent error in assembling by removing the effect of the neutral energizing means on a centering spring due to coil spring rotational torque caused by a vehicle weight and reducing spring force of the centering spring.

CONSTITUTION: In a rear wheel steering vehicle in which a damper provided with a neutral energizing means and a coil spring 134 is connected to a wheel support, the wheel support connection of the damper is constructed in a rotationally moving manner and a positioning means is provided on both the lower-side (damper side) coil supporting portion 133A and the upper-side coil supporting portion 132A (strut mount) of the damper.
