To avoid voice leakage to outside by using a speaker phone function of a receiving side when a voice conversation with high secrecy is transmitted from a transmission terminal apparatus.

A receiving terminal apparatus includes: a message representation means that includes a speaker phone function to receive transmission information transmitted from a transmitting terminal apparatus and represents a transmission message contained in the received transmission information to a user; a message output means 66 that outputs the transmission message to the message representation means; a secret-talk identification unit 63 that detects identification information contained in the transmission information and identifies that the transmission information is secret-talk information; and a presence detection unit 64 that detects whether the message representation means is in a speaker phone state; wherein only when it is detected that the message representation means is not in the speaker phone state, the message output unit 66 outputs a secret-talk message of a voice contained in the secret-talk information.
