Abstract:
PURPOSE: To simply replace a mold in a short time, and to improve the replacing operability and the production efficiency.
CONSTITUTION: A plurality of reception port forming molds 19, 20 having different shapes are fixed to mold mounting plates 18 of substantially the same shape to form reception port forming mold assemblies A, B. A mold replacing unit 7 is disposed at the side of the mold mounting position of a processing machine 5. A lift base 14 is so provided at the arbitrary position as to be stopped and vertically movable. A plurality of lateral guides for slidably supporting the plates 18 of the assemblies A, B at the mold mounting position side of the machine 5 are provided at the base 14. Further, a mold base 26 is so provided at the machine 5 as to be longitudinally movable between the mold mounting position and the mold using position, and a lateral guide 29 for inserting the plates 18 of the assemblies A, B slide from the unit 7 is provided at the position of the base 26.
