To provide a new pharmaceutical having RFRP receptor function regulating action.

An RFRP receptor function regulating agent contains a compound expressed by formula (I) (ring A and ring B are each an aromatic ring which may be substituted; R1, R2 and R3 are each H, a hydrocarbon residue which may be substituted, a heterocyclic ring which may be substituted or acyl; X is C or N; W is C or N; Y is S, N, NH, O, CH, CH=CH, N=CH or CH=N; and n is an integer of 1 to 3), its salt or its prodrug.
