Title:
RECIPROCATING COMPRESSOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3899203
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent mutual interference of intake gas, and prevent noise in a casing by forming an intake chamber continuously disposed to a refrigerant leading-in hole of a cylinder head in a reciprocating motion type compressor, and providing on a cylinder head, a bulk head which is disposed on an outer periphery of the intake chamber and which is disposed for leading intake gas into each bore.
SOLUTION: When a swash plate 64 is rotated through a rotor 61 with rotation of a rotary shaft 55, the rotation of the swash plate 64 is converted into reciprocating motion in a cylinder bore 52 of a piston 71 via a sliding plate 66 and a piston rod 72. An intake gas is led in the cylinder bore 521 bypassing a suction port 37 from an intake chamber 6 via a refrigerant leading-in hole 4 and an intake chamber 5. After the intake gas is compressed by the piston 71, it is delivered from a delivery port 38 to a delivery chamber 14 and is supplied to an outside refrigerant circuit through a delivery hole 7. At this time, after the intake gas is led to the intake chamber 5, it is led into an individual intake path sectioned corresponding to each bore 52 by the bulkhead 3. Since the intake gas is sucked by each bore 52, mutual interference of intake gas is prevented.
