Abstract:
PURPOSE: To develop an excellent adaptability when a transport pitch is changed at a proper position and cam members are arranged between various working devices by arranging cam members which rotate a lever made in contact with the lower part of a feed rod corresponding to a position where transport pitch is changed to a horizontal condition.
CONSTITUTION: Multiple objects to be transported W, W,...are moved intermittently by the reciprocating motion of a feed rod 2, for example, at a specified pitch L1. On the other hand, a cam member 6 arranged under the feed rod 2, for example, rotates a lever 3 made in contact with an object to be transported Wn to approximately horizontal condition, and unlocks the object to be transported Wn. As a result, only the object to be transported Wn is stopped on a rail 1 without causing the forward motion of the feed rod 2, and a transport pitch with the following object to be transported W is changed to a pitch L2. Thus the object to be transported W arrived at a transport pitch change position can be released from a drive system and, for example, it can be re-transported at a desired pitch L2.
