Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a reciprocating pump capable of being formed easily and small in size while ensuring the fixed characteristic of discharge flow.
CONSTITUTION: A hose joint 28 is provided with an annular insertion part 28a inserted in enlarged circular flange parts 22a, 24a formed at an intake port 22 and a discharge port 24. The seat face 26a of a poppet valve 26 is fused or adhered to a seat face 28b integratedly. The hose joint 28, intake port 22 and discharge port 24 are fastened and coupled by a nut 34 through an O ring 32 arranged inside the groove part 28 of the insertion part 28a.
