To provide a reclamation structure for waste and a reclamation method for waste for reducing the amount of leachate generated from the inside of the reclaimed site of a waste disposal station.
A prescribed amount of waste 2 is reclaimed in a prescribed area in the inside of a reclaimed land. Thereafter, the upper face of the waste 2 is covered with cover soil 32 and a gas permeable layer 3 which consists of a gas permeable sheet 31 capable of permeating emitted gas, and the upper face of the gas permeable layer 3 is further covered with a water shielding sheet 4. These operations are repeated to form a structure where the reclamation structure of waste consisting of the waste 2, the gas permeable layer 3 and the water shielding sheet 4 continues in the vertical direction, so that the amount of the leachate to be generated can drastically be reduced.
